ACC980/AT980 has all of the usual features based on Microsoft Windows CE 5.0 WEHH 6.5 and comes with 512mb RAM and 512mb ROM. The ACC970 is capable of accurate HF RFID reading, a 1D scanner or 2D imager, WiFi, Bluetooth, finger print reader, 3.5” QVGA backlit color touch screen display, printer and a 1 year warranty. Optional add-ons include a 3.0 meg pixel camera with LED flash, WWAN communication via CDMA, GSM/GRPS and HSDPA, SIRF 3 GPS and a choice of magnetic card, smart card or RF card reader. A standard or vehicle cradle is available. The ACC970 weighs about 1 pound.
